I am a member, how do I cancel my membership?

Site membership can be cancelled at anytime and providing it is before a payment has been taken there is no penalty.

Please open a support ticket and let me know you want to cancel.

Please provide your current membership site username, current membership site email address and current membership site password and I will locate your account and close it on the next payment due date.

If you have your transaction ID from your original order, things will go even smoother.

We have taken payments via two means over the past few years, PayPal and Credit Card.

If you paid us via PayPal, you can cancel your membership simply by logging into your PayPal account and cancelling the subscription that was created when you joined. We will be sent a notification and deal with the admin side for you.

Please note... At no time do we want your PayPal password, even though we will do nothing with it, it is not a good idea to give it out to anyone, even someone you trust :-)

If you paid via a credit card, you will need to provide me with your current membership site email address and current membership site password and I will locate your account and close it at the next payment due date.

if you cannot find these, then the last 4 digits of the card used to make the payment and a payment date will help.
