How can I contact Andy directly?

Please be advised that I have a personal inbox in the private members site BUT I do not have an external email account for you to use.

Also, please be aware that it is not always possible for me to respond to all of the messages I receive and site members are actively encouraged to post on the site where members find it more practical to reply and share answers with the community as a whole.

In this way other site members can benefit from the replies given and offer their own views by way of open discussion. I also get the opportunity of digging deeper into an understanding of a key point, so everyone wins by a question being asked.

The support suite is not a good way to contact me if you require an answer as I do not have enough time to spare and I need to dedicate time to the private members area.

If there is anything which you specifically need to contact me about, then please raise it as a support ticket BUT please be aware that I cannot guarantee a response in all cases.
