We all absorb information in different ways, some learn better by reading, some by watching, others by listening and some by a mixture of all 3.

Here we aim to have all forms available all of the time, so whichever you like, we want to have it there for you.

The audio is mainly a downloadable item, we have a dedicated site where you can listen online and download the MP3 format files.

We do offer a CD along with the downloads and these will play in any CD player that plays MP3 files, most computers have no problems and modern car stereos play them too, but older devices may have a problem, so check your player first as we would hate to waste your time and effort.
