I've received a support ticket but can't log in to my account!

Occasionally we may send an email from the support centre to you, even though you are not yet registered with this service.

We may do this if we need to contact you about your account and as we hold your email address in our database this will be sent to the email connected with your account

If you receive an email from us and you are not registered you will see the following line in the message:

You can check the status of or reply to this Ticket online at: http://andyshaw.helpserve.com using the email address and password you created

Now, as you don't have an account here, you haven't created a password so you will need to register.
