Refund policy.

Everybody will, at sometime make a mistake with an order or find that the item they ordered was not to their liking and need to return it.

We list out clearly in our Terms & Conditions exactly how it works, but here is a simplified version for you.

We offer a guarantee on all items purchased, this varies depending on the product but in most cases there is a period of time where you can return the product, in it's original condition, to us and obtain a full refund of the purchase price.

Whatever the guarantee period, we must be notified of your intention to return the product BEFORE the guarantee period is up, please do not request an extension to the guarantee period as this will not be allowed.

With physical books, we understand that they will have signs of wear, but we draw the line at pages missing, turned over to excess or written in, so please do not return them if they are not in as close to as new condition as possible.

We DO NOT refund shipping or pay customs fees in this instance.

If an item is faulty and only once it has been checked by us, we will refund the purchase price and the original shipping costs if you wish, or we can send out a replacement, we DO NOT refund return shipping costs or pay any customs fees though.

In all cases the first step is to contact us as SOON as you notice a problem by opening a support ticket.

Please provide us with the following information or a refund will be very difficult to process.

  • The email address used to place the original order
  • If possible, please provide the original order ID (this would have been emailed to you)
  • Details of the product you wish to return
  • Please provide us with a reason for your refund request in as much detail as possible

Once this information is checked, we will reply to you with instructions.

Please make sure you include the order ID and the original email address or we will not be able to refund you or allocate the return to you.

The refund amount given may vary slightly for many reasons, the main one is you have used a card with a different currency than we use as our standard, this is down to how your card provider handles the currency conversion at the time of the transaction, sometimes due to fluctuations in the currency market, you can actually receive more than you paid, but it can easliy happen the other way. We have no control over this nor do we refund any difference, we will refund up to the original purchase price in the currency it was sold.
