We are based on the south coast of the United Kingdom and therefore work on Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
The support suite is staffed every weekday excluding public holidays, although someone does monitor this even then.
As an online company we feel that the support suite is the best way to contact us and it is staffed between the following hours.
Monday to Thursday - 09:30 to 16:30
Friday - 09:30 to 12:30
Weekends and public holidays - CLOSED
We aim to answer all tickets within 24hrs (excluding evening, weekends & public holidays) although some questions require more research and may take longer.
Questions that need Andy's input WILL take longer and if he feels no answer is needed, then none will be given.
