Do you have a phone number?

Yes, but we prefer to use this support suite as we can handle everything in a trackable and proffesional manor.

There are two main reasons for this.

1 - Phones are an interuption and cannot be ignored, therefore we cannot do our work while we are answering the phone, I am sure you will agree its never easy to ignore a ringing phone ;-D

2 - Calls are expensive and as we are selling our products to more than 70 countries all around the world, these calls can not only cost a lot but cannot always be made at a convenient time to either of us.

Years ago we made the decision to work mainly via this support suite, this way people can always contact us and we will always answer, maybe not as quick as a phone call but a lot more professional.

If you do need to call then our number is 0844 414 5367 although if we are otherwise engaged on here, we may not be able to answer.

In the end, a support ticket is our preferred choice of contact.
