I have not had my free chapters, can you resend me the email?

Our system is automated so once you give us your email address, we will send you the links, after all you held up your end of the deal, so we should too, right?

Correct, that is why we made the system automated so the links get sent EVERY TIME!!

But, as you know emails get lost sometimes or they get caught in your spam/junk filter, so before you panic please check there first.

If you have had the verification email and clicked on the link and have not had the log in details, please visit and click on the "Forgot Your Password" link, add your email address and press the button, our system will email you with a reset link, but before you do this please add our domain name to your "safe" senders list or the link may get lost.

If you have not had the verification link and you have checked your spam/junk filter I can only assume you might have added your email address wrongly because I know our system has sent the message.

Please add our domain to your safe senders list as above, then go back to and re enter your name and email address.

Obviously is all cases, we guarantee that the email is sent out but if all of this fails, please contact us by submitting a ticket and explain what the problem is and we will endeavour to help as quickly as possible.
