Solution I've received a support ticket but can't log in to my account!

Occasionally we may send an email from the support centre to a member who is not yet registered with the service. We may do this if we need to contact you about your account. As we hold your email address in our database this will be sent to the email connected with your AndyShaw.com account

If you receive an email from us and you are not registered you will see the following line in the message:

You can check the status of or reply to this Ticket online at: http://andyshaw.helpserve.com/ using the email address and password you created

Now, you haven't created a password so you will need to first enter your email address, the account we sent the email to, and then click on 'lost password'

Re-enter your email address in the 'Registered Email' field and click Submit

A password will then be sent to that email address. You can use this password to log in to the system to view the status of your ticket and send a reply. You may change this password from the account management panel at any time

This procedure bypasses the usual method of the activation link via email as we have opened an account on your behalf, so you will not need to register separately with the support centre if this applies to you
