All products are sold with a money back guarantee for up to 30 days after receipt of purchase. The conditions for this are that the product is returned in the original condition with the original packaging and an email is sent to confirm that you wish to return the product.

The address for returns can be found with the package which is in most cases will be the fulfillment house. Please include the the delivery note when sending any returns.
 
Refunds will be actioned within 3 days of receipt of the goods in the form of the initial payment. Please note that we cannot refund payment to a different card other than the one which was used to make the initial purchase.

Refunds apply only to the value of the full amount of the product purchased and do not include shipping costs. Any shipping costs incurred fall outside of the terms of the refund policy and are strictly non-refundable.
