Details Welcome to the AndyShaw.com Support Centre

Welcome to our support centre. We have developed this with our members in mind to help you find the answers you need. If you have a support issue which relates to your membership, your account, technical concerns or general enquiries we have put together a range of answers grouped into relevant sections which you can easily access from the knowledgebase.

Just click on the knowledgebase icon and you will be presented with a choice of categories. From here choose the one which is most closely related to your question and then by selecting a subcategory we aim to be able to provide you with the information you require.

If you are unable to find the help that you are looking for then please raise a support ticket which will be answered by a member of the support team at the earliest opportunity.

Please allow up to 24 hours for a reply so that we can find the most effective solution to your query. Please also be aware that our working hours are between Monday-Thursday 08.30-17.00 and Friday 08.30-14.30. We are closed over the weekend and Bank Holidays. However, you can still submit a support ticket outside of these hours which will be addressed and responded to as soon as possible on our return.

Please be advised that you will need to create an account in the support centre to be able to raise a ticket with us. Your login details for the member site will not work in the support centre. Once this has been submitted an email will be sent to you with a validation link. Click on this link and you will then be registered with the database. We encourage you to use the same email which identifies you to the andyshaw.com member site as this will enables us to help resolve you problem quickly and efficiently.
